Terms & Conditions

- Please note that once your order is confirmed, no cancellation, amendments, or exchanges can be made. We kindly ask that you double check your desired item (color, size...etc.) before placing your order. 

 

- Clients are eligible to claim for a refund in the following situations:

  • If the item ordered was out of stock after placing your order.
  • If the item received was damaged.
  • if the item was wrong.

*Order amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days. 

 

- Clients will be emailed with the order invoices issued by MyFatoorah from RAS Personal Shopper online store.

 

- No invoices will be provided from designer brands for all online and discounted orders. However, we might be able to provide a digital copy for boutique purchases. Therefore, clients in need of boutique invoice must request it before proceeding with the purchase through our social media communication channels. 

 

- Most orders will be delivered without the brand's shopping bag. Instead, we offer complimentary (free of charge) gift wrapping for all of our items. 

 

- All items are delivered inclusive of all taxes & duties. No extra charges will be requested upon delivery.

 

- Most of our items require 2-3 weeks to be delivered to clients. Please note that in case of unexpected delays related to third parties (not of our control), delayed items will be delivered as soon as they are released. Clients will not be eligible to cancel, amend, or exchange their order.
