Terms of service
- Clients are eligible to claim for a refund or exchange in the following situations:
- If the item ordered was out of stock after placing your order.
- If the item received was damaged.
- if the item was wrong.
*Order amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
- Clients will be emailed with the order invoices issued by MyFatoorah from RAS Personal Shopper online store.
- No invoices will be provided from designer brands for all online and discounted orders. However, we might be able to provide a digital copy for boutique purchases. Therefore, clients in need of boutique invoice must request it before proceeding with the purchase through our social media communication channels.
- Most orders will be delivered without the brand's shopping bag. Instead, we offer complimentary (free of charge) gift wrapping for all of our items.
